  1. Contact us to discuss your item in detail, including finished print size, framing, etc.
  2. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Click here to learn more about our pricing.
  3. Ship (via insured FedEx, UPS or USPS) or hand-deliver your item directly to our studio. Please note that your item should be insured regardless of shipping method. All insurance is the responsibility of the client. Additionally, as we are not conservators of antiques or other items, how we receive your item is how it will be photographed. Any professional cleaning or restoration of any kind is the sole responsibility of the client prior to delivery.
  4. Once your item arrives, you will receive “unpackaging photos” that clearly show the state of the object upon arrival. This extra step provides you with added security by documenting any possible damage that may have occurred in transit.
  5. After you have approved the delivery of your item, the Legacy Art team will use all precautions to maintain the integrity of your item while determining the best lighting, angles, and composition of the image.
  6. Up to six proof images will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the final shoot.
  7. Once you have signed off on your favorite proof, your item will be meticulously repackaged and returned to you via a pre-determined trackable shipping method within 48-72 hours of the shoot.
  8. From our studio, your image will then be sent to our professional photo lab partner for high-definition, archival printing.
  9. Your image can be professionally framed by our in-house framing expert. Click here to learn more about frame sizes and pricing.
  10. Whether you opt to frame or not, your final product will be shipped directly to you within 4-6 weeks of your shoot date. You will receive a tracking number and details once your order is fully complete.
